BetaNews | Microsoft Releases New Beta of IE7

Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3.  Microsoft previously announced that it was not planning to add any new features to the beta 3.  However, after reading several beta 2 testers' comments, they have added some new functions, including drap and drop tabs, horizontal navigation in zoom view, and a more robust RSS features.

Earlier this year, the Veteran Affairs office reported that one of its employee had his laptop and an external hard drive stolen.  Unfortunately, the devices contained personal information for millions of veteran.  Thankfully, the computer has been recovered but no details were given as to how.
