If you don't have a Windows installation or recovery CD, don't panic. You can create one from the Windows installation files stored on your computer. You can use this newly created Windows CD to reinstall Windows. You will need to use Bart PE and Keyfinder Thing lite. Keyfinder Thing is a free tool to display your computer's Windows license key.
